Refunds & Returns Policy
At Schneppa Glass™, we take pride in providing high-quality recycled and decorative glass products, as well as glow-in-the-dark stones. Because every order is custom-prepared and quality-checked before dispatch, we ask customers to please choose carefully — all sales are final.
1. General Policy
All orders, including trade and retail, are non-refundable.
Schneppa Glass™ does not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or surplus quantities once an order has been confirmed.
2. Incorrect Goods Supplied
In the rare event that an incorrect product is supplied, Schneppa Glass™ will promptly arrange replacement with the correct goods at no additional cost. (We have not had this occur to date.)
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
Our recycled glass products are durable and not considered fragile. For this reason, damage or faults in transit are not expected. If you believe you’ve received an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and rectify any issue.
4. Order Amendments and Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or amended only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Once goods have been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted. No refunds are available for custom/special orders.
5. Incorrect Address or Reshipping Costs
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. If an incorrect address is supplied, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to redeliver the order.
6. Samples and Test Quantities
We offer up to five different samples (a few pieces of each) on request. Customers seeking larger sample areas or our full range of options may purchase a sample box or small quantities through our Etsy or eBay stores.
All samples are non-refundable and their cost is not deducted from future orders.
