1. Product Quality

While Schneppa Glass™ does not offer specific written guarantees or performance warranties, we stand by the quality of our products.
General product performance information — such as glow duration for PolyGlow™ stones — is available upon request and provided in good faith based on our in-house testing and experience.

2. Product Variations & Disclaimers

Natural variations in colour, texture, and size may occur between batches of recycled glass products.
Some glass products may also contain small traces of other recycled materials.
These variations are a natural characteristic of recycled glass and are not considered defects.

Installation methods may influence product appearance and performance. Schneppa Glass™ does not provide installation guides but recommends consulting qualified installers or contractors for best results.

3. Order Accuracy & Fulfilment

Every order is packed and checked for accuracy before dispatch.
If your order arrives incomplete or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly arrange to replace the affected items or supply the correct goods at no additional cost.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Schneppa Glass™ excludes all implied warranties or conditions not expressly stated in this policy.
Our liability for any claim arising from the supply of products is limited to the replacement of goods or the cost of replacement.
